Beth Israel Latino Health Institute was founded by Itzamna Medical Center in collaboration with Beth Israel Medical Center. Itzamna, formerly located at 359 Second Avenue and now based in Beth Israel’s main campus, provides primary care and preventive care on an outpatient basis. Itzamna’s health professionals manage the Latino Health Institute’s programs at Beth Israel, serve as patient advocates within the hospital and assure continuity of care for all Beth Israel Latino Health Institute patients.
